Zerodha | Enthusing Work From Home

Zerodha is the largest stockbroker in India and their 1+ crore clients contribute to over 15% of all retail order volumes in India daily. They have an ecosystem of modern investment apps tailored to specific needs, built from the ground up.

The context – During the pandemic, Zerodha shifted operations to a permanent remote model. Teams were seated across the nation making employee cohesion tougher than it already was. The market boom continued the hiring and for the new and old employees to connect, an exciting bridge became imperative. Productivity and a sense of team camaraderie are directly corelated and this was a high-priority issue at hand.

The QShala Intervention!

QShala stands for curiosity and extends the application to creating safe spaces to be inquisitive about the organization and one’s team members. By means of conducting fun engagement activities like Virtual Bingo, Virtual Escape Room, Fun Quiz, etc around the festival seasons to bring in a sense of bonding. A total of 6 touch points across the year were conducted.
